• WHAT IS YOUR NUMBER / EMAIL? •
Our number is +852 6336 6242. We may not be able to answer your call as we're often on the road. We welcome you to Whatsapp us - be sure to include the area code +852 when saving our number.

• HOW QUICKLY DO YOU RESPOND TO INQUIRIES VIA WHATSAPP / EMAIL? •
We promise to respond within 24 hours. Great customer service are one of our top priorities at Ocean Art Gallery.

 

• WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES SHOWN? •
All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

 

DELIVERY

• WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDERS? •
If you place your order by 03:00am, it will be delivered to your hotel anywhere in Hong Kong by next-day 09:00pm. If you are checking out earlier, please send us a Whatsapp message and let us know your preferred pick up time.

 

• I AM ORDERING AHEAD OF TIME. CAN YOU DELIVER, SAY, THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW, OR ON A SPECIFIC DATE? •
Of course. Simply let us know via e-mail or Whatsapp after placing your order.

 

• I HAVE NOT YET CHECKED IN, AND I DON'T KNOW MY ROOM NO. WHAT ADDRESS SHOULD I INPUT? •
No problem. Simply enter the address of the hotel as usual, and remark "Room TBC". We will contact you via e-mail or Whatsapp.

 

• CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR TEMPLE STREET STORE / MAN MO TEMPLE STORE INSTEAD? •
Of course, but please take note of our opening hours at the stores. Please specify your request and your preferred pick-up time by sending us a Whatsapp message. 

 

• CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR OFFICE IN KWAI FONG? •
It's likely we are out of office, but if we're there we'd be happy to pass it to you. Please check with us by sending us a Whatsapp message and let us know your preferred pick up time.

 

SHOPPING

• I WANT TO CHECK OUT HOW A NAME CARD / KEY CHAIN LOOKS LIKE WITH MY FRIEND'S NAME. CAN I SEE IT PRIOR TO PURCHASING? •
No problem! A lot of customers would like to see it first.
Simply send us a Whatsapp message, specifying (1) the name, (2) sex, and (3) name card / key chain. We'd send some pics to you.

 

• HOW DO I PURCHASE PERSONALIZED NAME CARDS / KEY CHAINS? •
(1) Brainstorm who do you want to for and write their names down.
(2) Input the correct quantity, and press "Add To Cart". (Don't worry, you can edit it later.)
(3) A form will appear. Fill in with the names & sex of the ones you want to buy for. (Don't worry, you can edit it later.)
(4) Browse our site for any other cool things you'd like to add.
(5) Give the details a quick review, and check out. Remember to use the Promo Code FREEME.
(6) We'd deliver the name cards to you!

 

AFTER ORDERING

• WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NO. FOR MY SHIPMENT? •
For Hong Kong orders, you will not receive a tracking no. since we will deliver by hand.
For international orders, yes, you will receive a tracking no. via e-mail.

 

• I'VE PAID FOR AN INCORRECT QUANTITY OF NAME CARDS / KEY CHAINS THAT DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE NUMBER OF NAMES, OR VICE VERSA (e.g. Quantity Paid For: 4, Names Inputted: 5). WHAT SHOULD I DO? •
If you've spotted an error, please notify us asap via Whatsapp to prevent delays. Otherwise, if we found discrepancies between the amount paid and the product quantity, we will contact you via e-mail requesting on confirmation before we deliver.

If no confirmation are received AND if you are located in Hong Kong, we will proceed as follows:
- If you had inputted extra names (e.g. Paid: 4, Names Inputted: 5), we will prepare the product with the extra name for you. Please receive the goods in person and complete payment in cash.
- If you had inputted extra quantity (e.g. Paid: 5, Names Inputted: 4), we will deliver the goods to you and give you change in cash.

For international orders, we will await your confirmation before we ship, and further instructions will be communicated via email.

 

• OOPS, I CHECKED OUT BUT I SPOTTED A TYPO / I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER? •
Please send us a message via Whatsapp (feel free to SPAM US) within 3 hours of ordering. We will acknowledge the changes once processed.

 

AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

• THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVED IT. WHAT CAN I DO? •
Firstly, we are super sorry that this happened. We handle our deliveries very carefully, but sometimes accidents may happen in international deliveries. Please send us an e-mail or message via Whatsapp with photographs of the damaged product for our review and we'd let you know how to proceed then.

 

• CAN I RETURN / REFUND THE PRODUCT? •
You may return any product purchased at Ocean Art Gallery within 30 days, and we'll either exchange it for the same style item, issue store credit, or give you a refund. Please note that are no refunds for ON SALE items purchased.
